Returns + Exchanges
We accept returns in new condition with original packaging, which means tags and jewelry cards attached as well as jewelry bag(s). You have 30 days from the date of receiving your jewelry to submit a return.
Returns are not possible for “Final Sale” or “Custom” jewelry.

COMPLETING A RETURN
To return jewelry item(s):
1. Enter your order number and email here.
2. Enter your order details and follow the prompts to select jewelry you wish to return.
3. A return shipping label will be emailed to you within 24 hours of submitting your return (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment less a $7 USD return shipping fee. You have 7 days to return your items after you receive your shipment. If you have not received your return shipping label, and it is now 24 hours since you originally applied for your return (excluding weekends), please email us at email@example.com. We do also suggest taking a peek at your filtered emails in case your email service has moved your return shipping label there.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
Return processing normally takes between 7-14 business days. Once we receive your returned items we will need a couple of days to process this. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment, then your bank will process the refund. We will be sure to send an email out to you as soon as your return has been processed.
We don’t accept exchanges, but you’re welcome to go ahead and return the item and place a new order.
“Final Sale” and “Custom Order” items can’t be returned or exchanged for any reason.
