While guest checkout is available, we suggest creating an account for added convenience during future shopping experiences.

Please find the link to our e-gift card available at Hoft Studio: Our e-gift cards come in set amounts, as custom amounts are currently unavailable. Once purchased, each e-gift card includes a unique code sent via email. If the recipient doesn't use the full amount in one transaction, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future orders, as our gift cards never expire.

Please email us at as soon as you can. If your order has yet to be processed, we can still cancel your order or edit your shipping details.

Please note we are unable to edit billing details once an order has been placed. We can, however, help you cancel your original order and place a new order as long as your order has yet to process.

Please note cancellations for any full-price or sale purchases are prohibited during any sale period.

All sale items are FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or store credit for any sale items.

All final sale items are marked on the product page and within your order details.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link. If you are unable to locate this email, or believe you have yet to receive your shipping confirmation, please email us here.

Standard shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS) takes between 5 to 7 business days.

We offer other domestic shipping options through UPS such as UPS Ground. UPS 2-Day, and UPS Overnight.

Please note the shipping cut-off is 10am of each business day (M-F).If your order is placed after this window, your order will ship out the next business day.

You will receive an email to the address provided during checkout with your tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled.

Yes, we offer free shipping for domestic orders of $75+. Check the cart to see the current deal on free shipping.

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes through USPS shipping methods only. We ask that you please ensure you only select these shipping options during checkout to ensure you to not experience a delay in delivery.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

Warranty & Repair

All our Hoft Studio pieces are subject to quality control.

Hoft Studio's warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects. The Hoft Studio guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 weeks of noticing any defects.

It does not cover water damage, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

If your item was purchased through one of our wholesale partners, you are still eligible for this warranty as long as you have proof of purchase of the partnership you purchased your pieces from with their business name and date stamp.

Please contact us to review any issues you may have and we'll work to ensure you're taken care of with either a repair or replacement.

We are always happy to help get your favorite pieces back to their former glory. Please contact us and we'll review your case and provide you with your available options. Repairs outside our warranty window may incur a repair fee.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer returns. We also offer free exchanges for full-price purchases and are happy to help you find your perfect piece.

If something is not quite right, returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns and exchanges only apply to unworn and unused merchandise returned to us within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unused, unworn and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund of the original price of the item paid, less original shipping.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

The easiest way to request a return is to start by logging into your account or by creating a new account, with the email you used at checkout.

From there, select the item and order you would like to return or exchange and request a return.

Our team will accept your request and send you a return label if the order/item is applicable.

Exchanges are processed immediately, as long as we have your desired size and color in stock.

Otherwise, our skilled team can help you find another item you may love.

Returns may take up 2-3 weeks to process.
